Every peptide listed on our website meets a rigorous, multi-step quality control process, no exceptions. When a new batch arrives, it’s immediately stored in a dedicated, sanitized laboratory freezer at −24°C and assigned a unique lot number. This lot-based system allows us to trace every product back to its source, testing data, and packaging date, giving both us and our customers full traceability at every stage. From there, the batch is sent to an independent third-party analytics laboratory for comprehensive testing. We don’t cut corners — every batch undergoes multiple forms of analysis before it’s approved for sale.
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is the backbone of our purity testing. HPLC separates the individual components of a peptide sample, allowing us to precisely measure purity levels and detect any unwanted impurities or degradation products. It’s the industry gold standard for peptide analysis, and we use it on every single batch. When additional verification is needed or upon customer request, we also run quantitative Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (qNMR) and Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) to further confirm molecular identity and composition.
Beyond purity and peptide content, we test for bacterial endotoxins — toxic compounds released by certain bacteria that can contaminate peptide products during manufacturing or handling. Even trace levels of endotoxins can compromise the integrity of research results, making this a critical safety measure. Endotoxin testing ensures that our products are not only pure but also free from biological contaminants that could interfere with your work.
Only batches that pass every test and meet our strict qualitative standards move forward to packaging. All handling and packaging takes place in a sterile environment.
